Natalie Brechtel loves food, mountains, rock climbing, and the Lord of the Rings. Her passion is mentoring the adventurous. She does this through strength, nutrition & wilderness medicine trainings at Gut-Z Journey Inc. Natalie holds a BA in Physical Anthropology, Exercise Health Science, and Personal Training, as well as a certificate in Functional Nutritional Therapy.

The culmination of a lifetime of adventure and nearly 2 decades helping others on theirs.
